What I offer

Websites built around the next step your customer takes.

I design and build websites that make it easy for your customers to enquire, book or buy. This page covers what's on offer, how projects are packaged and what isn't available yet.

Three service areas

Three ways to make getting in touch easier.

The website comes first. Once it works well, enquiring and booking can be made simpler, and some of the admin can come off your hands.

Service 01

Website design and build

Who it's for: businesses whose website is out of date, hard to use on a phone, or makes visitors hunt for the basics. Also new businesses that want their first site done properly.

What it aims for: a site that explains what you do within seconds and makes it easy to get in touch.

See websites I've built

What you get

  • A written scope for every page, agreed before design starts
  • A modern design that works on phones, tablets and desktops
  • Your services, prices and contact details easy to find
  • Enquiry forms that are tested before launch
  • The right platform for your business, such as Shopify if you sell online
  • A handover showing you how to update the things that change
Service 02

Enquiry and booking paths

Who it's for: businesses that get visitors, but too few of them enquire, book or buy. Often the site looks fine but makes people work too hard to find a price, a date or a way to get in touch.

What it aims for: fewer steps between someone being interested and someone getting in touch.

See my work

What you get

  • A walk through your site as a new customer would see it, on a phone
  • A plain-English list of what's getting in the way
  • Clearer headlines and wording, so visitors know they're in the right place
  • Simpler navigation, with fewer steps to enquire, book or buy
  • Booking or payment buttons where they fit your business
  • Enquiry tracking, so you can see where enquiries come from
Service 03

Time-saving workflows

Who it's for: owners who spend too long on the admin around enquiries, such as replying, sorting and following up. It works best once your website is already doing its job.

What it aims for: less admin between an enquiry and a call, with you still in charge of the conversations that matter.

I only offer workflows I've already built and tested. On the first call I'll tell you exactly which ones fit your business.

What you get

  • A look at where enquiry admin takes up your time today
  • An instant confirmation, so every enquiry gets a reply
  • New enquiries sorted and summarised, so you see the important ones first
  • Booking confirmation emails, sent automatically
  • Plain-English notes on how it works and what to check

Maintenance, from £95 a month. Optional support after launch, agreed in writing: a set amount of update time each month, regular checks that forms and bookings work, and a clear response time. Hosting, software subscriptions, redesigns and marketing aren't included unless we agree them separately.

Honest scope

What's not included (yet).

I only take on work I can do well, so a few things are off the list for now. If your project needs one of them, you'll hear that on the first call, before you spend anything.

  • Paid ads management. I don't run Google or social media ads for you.
  • Ongoing content creation. Regular blog posts, social media posts or videos.
  • Guaranteed lead numbers. Nobody can honestly promise how many enquiries a website will bring. The focus is on making it easier for the right people to get in touch.
Worth working out

What is one new customer worth to you?

Put in your own numbers. It takes a few seconds and gives you a simple way to judge what a website is worth to your business.

How to use it

For the first number, use a rough figure for what a typical new customer spends with you over a year. For the second, think about how many more customers you'd like your website to help bring in.

Then compare the result with the Website Sprint, from £1,450. That helps you decide whether a better website is worth it for you.

Questions

Common questions.

Straight answers to what business owners usually ask first. If yours isn't here, send me an enquiry.

Ask a question

How long does a project take?

A Website Sprint usually takes 10 to 14 working days, counted from when I have your content: your words, photos and prices. Larger sites take longer, and you'll get a realistic timeline on the free 15-minute call.

How does payment work?

Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. The Website Sprint starts from £1,450. You pay a 50% deposit to start and the other 50% before final handover.

Which platform will you build on?

The one that suits your business. If you sell products online, that's often Shopify. Not every client goes on the same platform, and you'll get the reasons for the recommendation on the call.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Every project ends with a handover where I show you how to update the things that change, such as text, prices and photos. If you'd rather not, there's optional maintenance from £95 a month.

Do you run ads or social media?

Not at the moment. I don't manage paid ads or create ongoing content. The focus is the website itself, so that when you do advertise, visitors land on pages that make it easy to enquire, book or buy.

What do you need from me?

A free 15-minute call to start, then your content: the words, photos and details you want on the site. During the build, I'll ask for your feedback at each round of changes. Near launch, I'll need access to your domain so I can put the new site live.

Do you use AI to build the website?

Yes, as a tool. I use AI-assisted development (Claude Code and Codex) to build quickly, and my own judgement for the design and the decisions. Every page is tested on phones, tablets and desktops before launch.

Let's talk

Not sure where to start? Let's talk.

Tell me about your business and what your website should be doing. It's a free 15-minute call, with no obligation. If you're not sure which package fits, that's what the call is for.
